Social Wellness Partnership
Organization background

21 Social Wellness Partnership (SWP) is a non-profit initiative with WellnessByAllMeans, a yoga center providing life coaching & healing, and various other non-profit organizations, to take 21 million people on a path to social wellness by applying the ancient wisdom of yoga, mindfulness, diet and lifestyle to modern day problems.

Yoga has been around for centuries and countless people have benefited from its practice. The goal of yoga is to promote harmony in the internal and external world of a human being, a goal that confers benefits in any conceivable situation. However, it is possible to fine tune its practices to address specific situations. SWP has developed methods based on yoga which have led to targeted workshops on topics such as Conscious Leadership, Joyful Living, Personal Excellence for Teens, Positivity Amidst Uncertainties. In addition to these workshops, SWP also runs a global meditation marathon; daily yoga & meditation sessions; and provides personal consultations.

Project background

In the present COVID situation, instances of domestic disharmony have risen, and many women have become subject to domestic violence (DV). SWP would like to extend the methods developed in its other programs to address the needs of these victims, in collaboration with a non-profit organization called Narika.
