Her Future Coalition
Organization background

Over the past 17 years, Her Future Coalition (HFC) has worked with local organizations to prevent thousands of women & children from being trafficked by providing them with the necessary support to heal from trauma and empowering them to become independent and skilled individuals.

HFC offers shelter, education, mental health services, vocational training, job placement and employment. They operate in West Bengal, India, Nepal and Thailand.

Project background

HFC has established a relationship with the Uddami India Foundation (UIF) to provide education, computer training and support services to vulnerable women at HFC's new Learning Center in Kolkata. Uddami India Foundation's mission is to empower the disadvantaged by providing them with computer training.
